Trade Enquiries:

1) What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order so you are able to replenish stock in line with seasons and events. However, I do ask that designs be ordered in multiples of 3.

2) Can I order anything from the website or just the catalogue and can I have a bespoke range made to suite my area and clientele?

Yes, you can order any sign you wish and can give you some ideas and suggestions for your shop.

3) Are they imported/mass produced or are they made in the UK?

Each and every sign is handmade in the UK by myself in my studio workshop in Kent.

4) What is your turnaround?

I have a fast turnaround but always ask to allow 7 days for orders to be made. At busier times of the year this may take longer. I will always do my best to have your order with you as soon as possible.

5) Do you supply more than one shop in a particular area?

I have a very healthy portfolio of stockists around the UK and Channel Islands and always very careful to ensure not to saturate an area by having two stockist close to one another.

General Enquiries:

1) I have seen a sign I like but would like the wording changed, can this be done?

Yes of course, simply purchase the design of the sign you want and you can either leave a message at the checkout or email your exact wording. 

2) Can you make a range of bespoke wedding signs?

I can make any sign you wish that may be practical for your guests, humorous and something to treasure.

3) I need a sign urgently for a birthday present, how quickly can you dispatch?

If you email me when you have placed your order I will prioritise and do my best to get it off to you. Once it is dispatched it is in the hands of Royal Mail!

4) Can I order a different colour?

I can paint the boards in a different colour but you need to bare in mind that the typography can only be in black. 9 times out of 10 customers prefer white as this means it can fit anywhere in any home.
